EURO 2024 Final SPAIN VS ENGLAND [15/07/2024]

Spain lifted the trophy defeating England 2-1 in the Euro 2024.
• In minute 47, Spain seized the lead.
• England's equaliser in the 73rd minute.
• Spain seized the lead with a goal in the 86th minute.
• Olmo's terrific last-minute save.

Spain started the match with ball possession.
Bellingham won the ball, but Spain took control of it right away.

Williams, after getting the ball, tried to link up with Olmo and Ruiz but Rice intercepted.

England started the attack.

Walker started a run down the right wing after Saka passed the ball to him. He passed it into the middle but Laporte cleared it. 

With Olmo in the edge of the box, Spain attempted a corner kick, but the shot by olmo was weak.

The first half ended but nothing separated the two teams yet

Spain 0-0 England.
The second half began with a bang.

Goalll!!
Spain took the lead in Berlin.
In the 47th minute, Spain took the lead thanks to Nico Williams' goal.
Yamal got the ball on the right side of the box, cut to the left and found Nico Williams who made an easy finish.

Spain with another chance, Williams passed the ball to Olmo who took the shot but it went wide.

England were desperate to get back in the game.

England were on the attack but their shots were cleared by the Spanish defence.
Saka played a ball to Foden but Carvajal cleared it.

Goal!!
Palmer equalised in the 73rd minute.
Palmer perfectly strikes at the bottom left.
Palmer scored 3 minutes after being subbed on.
England looked confident after that goal.

Goall!!
In the 86th minute, Oyarzabal gave Spain the advantage. Cucurella advanced to the 6-yard line after passing the ball. 
Oyarzabal just touched it past the goalkeeper.

Spain now leads in the finals.

England won a corner and Guehi headed the ball which was cleared by Olmo.
Classic save on the goal line.
The match ended Spain 2-1 England.
SPAIN won the 4th Euro title.

The Young Player of the Tournament award was awarded to Lamine Yamal.
Player of the tournament award was awarded to Rodri.
