La Liga Match Review Almería V/S Barcelona [17/05/2024]
A brace from Fermin Lopez won Barcelona 3 points.
Barca started the first half comfortably as they began to dominate by attacking
Pedri gets the game started for Barcelona.
Fermin Pedri and Lewandowski combine to make an attempt, but Maximiano gets a comfortable save.
Cubarsi handled the defence well. He carried the ball out of defence and sent it to Lewandowski, who shot it above the bar. Ferran Torres perfectly dummied it, but in vain.
14 minutes were more than enough for Fermin Lopez to put Barcelona in the lead. A wonderful assist from Hector Fort as Fermin shot a header into the back of the net.
Almería tried their best to equalise. They have been quite an attacking threat, having 2 shots on target.
Barcelona enjoyed more possession.

The second half began with Almería trying their shots.

In the 67th minute, Fermin doubled Barcelona’s lead as he took a shot, finishing in the bottom corner from an assist by Sergi Roberto.
Yamal had his chance, but Almería's defender got in the way, shielding it out of play, resulting in a goal kick.
