The start of the first half saw the clash between the two teams displaying early intent to seize control.
Goa didn't hold back from attacking and it was visible as Brandon Fernandes had his shot which was on target.
FC Goa continued to attack but this time their attempt was blocked.
Hyderabad FC’s Abdul Raheeb made an attempt which was blocked.
FC Goa failed to put their name up on the scoresheet having all shots blocked.

2nd Half
As the match progressed to the 2nd half, the intensity intensified as both the teams tried to break through the defence aiming for the 3 points.
The start of the second half saw a substitution for FC Goa's side.
Noah Sadaoui replaced Borja Herrera.
And it was a fantastic substitution made at the correct time.
2 minutes into being brought on Noah made sure he put his name up on the scoresheet. A beautiful goal assisted by Mohammed Yasir.
Pressure built on Kattimani as Goa continued to attack and Hyderabad continuously had to fall back to defence.
It was the 54th minute and Noah made sure he struck again giving Goa a 2-goal lead.
It was assisted by Brandon Fernandes.
Goa continued to build pressure on the visitors, but Hyderabad FC made sure to block the attempts.
Hyderabad FC made changes to their team bringing on Jeremy Zohminghlua who replaced Lalchhanhima Sailo.
Noah Sadaoui made sure he completed his hat-trick in the 59th minute. It was again an assist from Mohammed Yasir.
Hyderabad tried pressing but failed as Makan Chothe’s attempt was blocked.
Goa made two substitutions, Paulo Retre replaced Odei Onaindia and Udanta Singh replaced Mohammed Yasir. Yasir had 2 important assists in the match.
Hyderabad continued to fight but FC Goa looked more confident in the second half compared to the performance in the first half.
Hyderabad FC made 2 changes as Abhijith PA replaced Joseph Sunny and A. Vanlalrinchhana replaced Ramhlunchhunga.
Goa brought on Narayan Das in place of Nim Dorjee.

It was the 84th minute and Goa made it 4. Carlos Martínez shot from the centre of the box right to the centre of the goal giving Brandon his second assist of the night.
Brandon was then replaced by Muhammed Nemil.
Hyderabad FC failed to go past FC Goa's defence as the ball remained in their half.

While the match ended 4 – 0, we could see FC Goa gain their confidence back in the second half.
Meanwhile, Noah Sadaoui made sure to score a hattrick in 12 minutes becoming the fastest substitute player to score a hat-trick.
